Please fill out my order form below and submit it to me. Once I receive it, I will email you a safe and secure online invoice requesting a (non-refundable) $50 deposit to finalize your order and place you on my current schedule. This invoice will allow you to pay the deposit with your credit or debit card online, or you may send me a check or money order by mail.
Once your item is ready for shipment, you may pay the remaining balance in either manner preferred. Remaining balances are due at the time of shipment.
If ordering more than one item, please submit a separate form for each, or you may request additional items in the provided "Special Requests" text box below.
All of my handcrafted products are guaranteed a lifetime from any builder defects. If you ever have a builder related problem requiring attention, I will repair or replace your product free of charge and cover your shipping costs.
Free Shipping applies to all items shipped to locations within the lower 48 states only. Some additional shipping charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other countries. ___________________________________
